In a little over a month PODAS will be headed to Arizona for a Monument Valley and Slot Canyons workshop. This will be an amazing trip as we have arranged to go some very cool places. We will shoot for two days in Monument Valley and two full days in Page, AZ. This is an image captured in Antelope Canyon. Shot with an IQ 180 it has amazing detail. More than that thought, the IQ system from Phase One has a huge dynamic range allowing you to capture details in highlights as well as shadows all on one exposure. For photography in conditions like this it can’t be beat. Although we are booked for this trip I can always work on adding more people if you are interested. Check out the details of the workshop HERE
PODAS is all about edge of the planet experience and photographs. This is a shot made last year at Ernslaw Burn in New Zealand. Reached only by helicopter, it is one of the most magnificent places you’ll ever see. Nearly 90 waterfalls cascade off of glaciers thousand feet high. No matter which way you aim your camera there is a great shot. We will visit this location and more in our upcoming PODAS New Zealand workshop this December. Check it out by CLICKING HERE and be part of this adventure. It will be a trip of a lifetime. In this image you can see the waterfalls and a Phase One IQ 180 back on an ALPA Camera system. You can try all this gear out on a PODAS and come back with your own images of these great locations.
